What is College 3?

College 3 consists of national and local public agencies responsible for executing policies, conducting research, and managing infrastructure to ensure the sustainability of the Yellow Sea. These agencies play key roles in marine conservation, pollution control, and research while driving regional and international collaboration for meaningful change.

Who Can Join?
  1. Public institutions related to environmental protection and water resources (wastewater management, marine conservation, energy, resource recycling, etc.)
  2. Marine research and monitoring agencies
  3. Public infrastructure and waste management organizations
  4. Policy-making and enforcement institutions for marine conservation
