What is College 5?

College 5 consists of local communities and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that actively work toward the conservation and sustainability of the Yellow Sea. These groups lead grassroots efforts such as marine conservation campaigns, educational programs, and policy advocacy to build a sustainable governance model for the Yellow Sea. Who Can Join?

  1. Environmental NGOs focused on marine conservation
  2. Organizations tackling climate change and sustainability
  3. Community-based groups (resident associations, civic groups, volunteer organizations, etc.)
  4. Marine protection and water conservation advocacy groups
