College 4 is composed of private companies in the environmental, water, and marine industries that contribute to Yellow Sea sustainability through technological innovation, eco-friendly management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The private sector plays a crucial role in preventing marine pollution, developing sustainable marine industries, and expanding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) business models.
